Job summary

Qualifications

• Certificate of NAVTA‑approved Veterinary Assistant program or equivalent.
• Must perform NAVTA‑level skills; 18+ for radiography.
• One year of related experience with customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Live by the Five Principles and support veterinarians and technicians to maximize patient care.
• Provide professional service, prepare procedures, and ensure client/pet comfort.
• Educate clients on wellness plans, preventive care, and hospital services.
• Obtain client history and maintain complete medical charts.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness; assist with surgery where applicable.
• Mentor paraprofessionals and perform other duties as assigned.
