Responsibilities:

• Assist veterinarians and technicians in emergency and critical care cases.
• Provide compassionate care to hospitalized patients, including feeding, walking, and monitoring.
• Maintain a clean and organized hospital environment.
• Support medical procedures by restraining animals, preparing equipment, and handling supplies.
• Communicate effectively with pet owners and team members to ensure seamless patient care.
• Perform basic laboratory tests and assist with diagnostic imaging as needed.
• Follow safety and hospital protocols to maintain a high standard of care.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a veterinary or animal care setting preferred.
• Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Comfortable handling animals of all temperaments and sizes.
• Passion for veterinary medicine and patient care.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
