Job summary

Mt. Spokane Veterinary Hospital in Mead, WA is seeking a Veterinary Assistant to join our friendly team.

This full-time role offers a flexible 4-day schedule with rotating Saturdays, no nights or on-call shifts, and opportunities to grow into a Veterinary Technician position. You will support doctors and technicians, greet clients, collect medical history, perform basic lab tasks, assist with pharmacy duties, and maintain medical records.

Qualifications

  • At least 1-2 years of Veterinary Assistant experience.
  • A passion for animal care and client service.
  • A positive attitude (because with the right cattitude, anything is pawsible)
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • The confidence to take ownership of tasks and help drive positive outcomes.
