VCA Edgewood Animal Hospital in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking a Veterinary Assistant to join our collaborative and skilled team. You will assist in surgeries, monitor anesthesia, administer medications, collect samples, educate clients, and maintain patient records as part of a supportive hospital environment.

The role offers full-time hours (4 x 10 hour shifts) with a compensation range of $15–$19 per hour and opportunities for continued education and career development within a large veterinary

What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day Responsibilities):

Starting range is determined by license, skill set, and years of experience in the field.
