Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and supervise Animal Care team members.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and develop staff for high-quality patient care and client service.
• Foster collaboration between boarding, grooming, and hospital teams with a One Practice approach.
• Assist with performance evaluations, coaching, and employee development.
• Ensure clear communication across shifts, departments, and with clients.
• Maintain staffing schedules supporting hospital needs and efficiency.
• Monitor boarding operations, pet care protocols, and facility standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve revenue and control expenses.
• Lead by example with professionalism and effective communication.
