Global-Talent-Partners is exclusively assisting a privately owned, well-established small animal hospital in Fort Worth, TX to recruit an Associate Veterinarian. This is a clinician-focused role with a flexible caseload and a commitment to high-quality medicine.

Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible to practice in Texas as a DVM/VMD.
• Strong interest in high-quality small animal medicine and client communication.
• Willingness to collaborate with a two-DVM mentorship team.
• Comfort with dentistry, soft-tissue surgery, ultrasound and imaging.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality medical and surgical care for small animals.
• Participate in dentistry, soft-tissue surgery and diagnostic imaging as needed.
• Develop and manage treatment plans with clients and staff.
• Support ongoing clinical development and equipment utilization.
• Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to hospital protocols.

Varied & Manageable Caseload

The hospital sees approximately 10-15 patients per day, providing a balanced and varied caseload consisting of:

• Wellness and preventative care


• Pre-booked consultations


• Walk-in appointments


• Internal medicine


• Routine soft-tissue surgery


• Dental procedures


• Advanced dental cases


• Diagnostic imaging

Access to ultrasound provides an excellent opportunity to further develop your diagnostic capabilities, with experienced colleagues available to support your learning.

The practice is also open to investing in additional equipment to support the successful veterinarian's clinical interests.

Predictable 2-Week Schedule

Enjoy a structured schedule designed to provide a strong work-life balance.

Week 1

4 midweek days
8:30 AM-6:00 PM
1-hour lunch

Week 2

4 midweek days
8:30 AM-6:00 PM
1-hour lunch
Saturday: 9:00 AM-3:00 PM

Alternate Saturdays required, with a weekday off during the week when you work Saturday.
