  • State-of-the-art facilities: In-house lab, digital body & dental radiography, ultrasound, dedicated surgical suite.
  • Collaborative support: While solo work is part of the role, the owner and three other seasoned DVMs are only minutes away and always available for second opinions.
  • Mentorship & growth: Direct guidance from an accomplished surgeon and practice owner, plus leadership opportunities for those interested in partnership or senior roles.
  • Community engagement: Encouragement to build local ties through school visits and outreach events.
Work-Life Balance

Schedule: 4-day work week (no overnights or weekends), 8:00am-6:00pm or 8:30am-5:30pm to suit your preference.

CE time: 3 additional paid days off for continuing education.

Protected time off: PTO is negotiable, with a 2-week minimum guaranteed.
