Great Plains Veterans Services Center (GPVSC) is seeking a Transportation Support Specialist in Fort Belknap, MT to coordinate reliable transportation services for Veterans traveling to VA appointments. You will assist with scheduling, dispatch, documentation, and reporting under the Transportation Manager’s guidance.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and two years of office support experience in a team setting; Montana driver’s license and clean driving record are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and two years of experience providing office or program support in a team environment with public contact and computer use.

Responsibilities

• Support daily transportation operations through scheduling, dispatch coordination, administrative support, documentation, and reporting.
• Maintain accurate logs, records, files, and required transportation documentation.
• Prepare transportation-related reports, including grant-required or program reporting.
