Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work from a CSWE-accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for independent practice as a social worker.
• U.S. citizenship and English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Participate as a member of interdisciplinary PACT teams serving Veterans.
• Assess psychosocial needs and plan individualized treatment for Veterans with SUD.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with crisis intervention when needed.
• Coordinate referrals to community resources and VA benefits.
• Provide family-focused interventions and education to support care.
