Qualifications

• MSW from CSWE-accredited program.
• Licensed social worker in state.
• Experience with Veterans and families.
• Ability to perform biopsychosocial assessments.
• Ability to develop and implement treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Assess Veterans with interdisciplinary treatment team and collaborators.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Educate Veterans and family members about VA/community resources and services.
• Coordinate referrals to VA and community resources.
• Advocate for Veterans to ensure treatment and services meet needs.
