Join the Sioux Falls VA Health Care System as a Restorative Registered Nurse and help Veterans regain function - independence - and quality of life.
In this coordinator role - you will guide restorative nursing care across Rehab and Extended Care - collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on treatment goals - educate staff - strengthen evidence-based practices - and advance program improvements that enhance Veteran outcomes and continuity of care every day.
Qualificações
- English language proficiency is required.
- Graduate of an approved nursing program (ACEN/CCNE or equivalent).
- Current, full, active RN license in the United States.
- Eligibility for licensure via a bridge program if applicable.
Responsabilidades
- Coordinate restorative nursing services for Veterans in Rehab and Extended Care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to set restorative goals and plan care.
- Educate staff on restorative nursing options and best practices.
- Lead quality improvement efforts to strengthen outcomes and continuity of care.
- Develop and update policies and educational resources supporting restorative services.
- Coordinate care with VA providers and community facilities to ensure access.
