The Sioux Falls VA Health Care System is seeking a Restorative Registered Nurse to guide restorative nursing care across Rehab and Extended Care. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on treatment goals, educate staff, and advance program improvements to enhance Veteran outcomes and continuity of care every day.

Competenze

Graduate of a school of professional nursing approved by the appropriate accrediting agency.
Current, full, active, and unrestricted RN license in the United States.
Demonstrated ability to work with interdisciplinary teams and educate staff.

Mansioni

Coordinate restorative nursing services across Rehab and Extended Care.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to establish restorative goals and treatment plans.
Educate staff on restorative nursing options and evidence-based practices.
Develop policies and materials to support restorative nursing services.
Lead quality improvement activities to strengthen restorative care and veteran outcomes.
