In this coordinator role, you will guide restorative nursing care across Rehab and Extended Care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on treatment goals, educate staff, strengthen evidence-based practices, and advance program improvements that enhance Veteran outcomes and continuity of care every day.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a school of professional nursing approved by accrediting bodies.
• Current, full, active, and unrestricted nursing licensure in the United States.
• Ability to meet licensure/registration requirements for VA positions.
