Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• One year of work experience in a residential setting or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the security and operational control of the facility.
• Monitor and document resident and visitor activity both inside and outside the facility.
• Monitor for contraband through observation and searches of residents and vehicles.
• Perform drug testing to monitor resident alcohol and drug use.
• Assign and monitor resident work and extra-duty assignments to keep the facility clean.
• Assist residents with short-term coping mechanisms and problem-solving.
• Provide or help residents obtain transportation.
• Other duties as assigned.
