Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Must obtain and maintain valid certifications within the first 30 days of employment: CPR / First Aid, Mental Health First Aid, MANDT.

Responsibilities

• Provide support, supervision, activities, and skills training to clients.
• Maintain case records and documentation per agency policies.
• Coordinate facility operations and client needs with other staff.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Software

Ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure
