Job summary

University Enterprises Corporation at CSUSB (UEC) seeks a Program Manager for Veterans Success and Research Initiatives on the CSUSB campus. The role supports veteran-centered research and workforce pathways, coordinating with faculty, staff, and external partners to sustain institute-level programs.

The position is temporary, part-time, non-benefited through 6/30/2027 with potential annual renewal. 19 hours per week, some evenings/weekends, salary $35–$40 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating projects, programs, or initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of veteran-focused programs, military-affiliated populations, and workforce development.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and document activities in higher education/research settings.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and support veteran-centered research and workforce initiatives.
• Advise on veteran culture and transition considerations for research and innovation.
• Support design and implementation of programs connecting veterans to emerging technology research.
