Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, BSW preferred and/or 4 to 6 years equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of housing and community resources in specified region.
• Requires reliable transportation and valid auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Meet weekly with staff to implement program changes.
• Train new and current staff in the specified region.
• Attend local Continuum of Care meetings.
• Educate community partners about SSVF services.
• Ensure compliance of veteran files and timely case notes.
