Job summary

The Florida Department of Commerce in Titusville, FL is seeking a DVOP Specialist to deliver outreach, case management, and employment facilitation for eligible veterans and spouses. Qualifications

Knowledge of veterans' programs, regulations, and re-employment rights.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to conduct effective interviews and provide excellent customer service.
Knowledge of workforce development principles and case management techniques.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in individual and group settings.
Level 2 security background screening and valid military documentation (DD Form 214).
