Job summary

The Veterans Health Administration in Phoenix is seeking a Veterans Outreach Program Specialist to serve as the principal outreach staff member for Military Reserve and National Guard members returning from GWOT, OEF, OIF, and OND. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Providing information on benefits and eligibility to VHA, VBA, and NCA.
• Developing and distributing outreach materials (brochures, presentations, flyers, web content).
• Serving as a community liaison with Veterans Service Organizations and others.
• Planning, coordinating, and executing outreach events.
• Driving a Government Vehicle or Mobile Vet Center for outreach.
• Setting up and closing Mobile Vet Center, checking systems.
