Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or CLS, national certification (ASCP/AMT or equivalent), and at least 1 year of clinical laboratory experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or Clinical Laboratory Science required.
• National certification (ASCP, AMT, or equivalent) required.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical laboratory experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform, analyze, and verify laboratory tests across multiple disciplines.
• Operate, calibrate, and troubleshoot lab instruments for accuracy.
• Review and validate test results with attention to detail.
• Maintain compliance with CLIA, CAP, OSHA, and internal quality standards.
• Document procedures and results for regulatory and quality purposes.
• Collect, process, and prepare specimens according to protocols.
• Collaborate with lab staff and clinicians for timely patient care.
• Utilize LIS and EMR systems efficiently.
