Job summary

Central Nebraska Community Action Partnership, Inc. is seeking a clerical and data-entry focused professional to support the SSVF program.

You will complete intake forms, enter data into Clarity, and assist Lincoln-area case managers with information processing and file preparation. The role emphasizes accurate intake, documentation, and a collaborative approach with veterans and staff to determine eligible resources and create attainable plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor's degree in human services or related field preferred)
• Valid driver's license
• 1-3 years of experience in human services or related field

Responsibilities

• Complete agency intake form and input into Clarity
• Assist with compiling and processing information for Lincoln office SSVF Case Managers
• Maintain a non-judgmental attitude toward clients and staff
• Ensure clients are assessed through the SSVF process to determine possible assistance
• Create family personal plans to develop short and long term goals with veterans
• Ensure files are complete with necessary paperwork for veteran families
• Adhere to CNCAP policies and procedures
• Promote the program and agency in a positive and professional manner
