Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 11 years of experience or master's degree and 6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with project management methods and tools.
• Experience with consulting methodologies such as change management, process improvement, human-centered design, environmental/market analysis, and/or qualitative and quantitative research.
• Ability to independently and effectively facilitate work groups of diverse stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
• Authorized to work in the U.S. indefinitely without sponsorship.
• Ability to obtain public trust.

Responsibilities

• Successfully lead full lifecycle project management activities to implement Veteran-focused programs.
• Effectively collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including clinical and non-clinical staff, to design interventions.
• Perform current state analyses and create journey maps for future state proposals.
• Conduct industry research to understand leading clinical practices.
• Analyze existing practices and recommend improvements.
• Lead development of high-visibility deliverables and program artifacts (business cases, SOPs, evaluation plans).
