Job summary

Prometheus Federal Services seeks a Senior Manager to lead public health and health care initiatives for the Veterans Health Administration’s National Oncology Program. You will serve as the primary contact for aligned clients, ensuring high-quality deliverables, timely staffing, and reporting.

The ideal candidate has 14+ years in public health or program evaluation, with strong regulatory acumen and experience coordinating across multidisciplinary teams to deliver compliant clinical research

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Public Health or related field required.
• 14+ years of experience in public health, health services research, or program evaluation with federal health agency support.
• Experience supporting VA/National Oncology Program preferred.
• Expertise in program evaluation and performance measurement, including KPI development and dashboards.
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis.
• Strong change management, and stakeholder facilitation with senior leaders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for public health materials and briefings.

Responsibilities

• Support VHA National Oncology Program (NOP) initiatives.
• Provide program management and research/evaluation leadership for national oncology activities.
• Develop public health communications and educational materials; deliver executive presentations.
• Oversee subject-matter expertise for national oncology program initiatives.
• Foster business development with veterans health partners.
• Direct and mentor a team of mid-career professionals.
