• Coordinates local outreach, training, communications, and content for My HealtheVet and Secure Messaging.
• Plans, organizes, directs, evaluates, and reports on local actions and activities related to health education.
• Represents the VAMC/HCS at forums, conferences, and meetings related to My HealtheVet and patient education.
• Establishes goals, tracks progress, and reports status to medical center management.
