Responsibilities

• Oversees and coordinates project management from conception to final drawing completion.
• Monitors budget through planning and construction phases with site inspections.
• Conducts partial and final inspections of completed work.
• Coordinates pre-construction and safety meetings with stakeholders.
• Reviews construction schedules and coordinates outages with Medical Center.
• Recommends contract changes and supports modification processes.
