Job summary

STGi is seeking a Clinic Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at our Community Based Outpatient Clinic in Tupelo, Mississippi. The role coordinates care with VA standards and supervises clinic staff to ensure high-quality patient services.

The ideal candidate holds an active Mississippi RN license, BSN preferred, and proven leadership in a clinic setting. You will manage schedules, compliance, and performance improvement initiatives to enhance Veteran patient experience.

Qualifications

• RN license active in Mississippi.
• BSN preferred or Bachelor of Management in Healthcare Administration preferred.
• Strong leadership and supervisory experience in a clinic setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise clinic staff and ensure quality patient care.
• Coordinate care with VA standards and clinic leadership.
• Oversee scheduling, inventory, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA and VA requirements.
• Ensure patient visit quality metrics meet standards.
