Responsibilities

• Oversee clinic operations, lead staff and manage tasks with delegation and prioritization.
• Serve as CBOC Safety Officer and Infection Control Officer within VA-aligned policies.
• Coordinate patient advocacy, customer service and patient satisfaction initiatives.
• Ensure information management compliance with VA, HIPAA and OIG regulations.
• Submit mandatory reports, logs and inspections accurately and on time.
• Facilitate monthly staff meetings and coordinate with STGi program managers and HR.
• Maintain universal precautions, infection control practices and patient access standards.
• Provide clinical practice supervision under physician guidance and CPT scope.
