Endeavors in Austin, TX seeks a program specialist to ensure prompt and accurate payment of Veterans’ program expenses to third party providers, with thorough documentation and strong attention to detail.

You will process TFA payments, prepare Concur reports, and maintain client records in Salesforce and HMIS. The role requires collaboration with Case Managers, landlords, and vendors to resolve issues and ensure funder compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in accounting preferred.
• 6+ months accounting/bookkeeping/auditing; 1 year preferred.
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process TFA payments to third-party providers per SOPs; submit for QA review.
• Prepare bi-monthly Concur reports; upload receipts; maintain client records in Salesforce.
• Perform Quality Assurance audits of TFA; ensure compliance with HUD/VA data standards.
• Provide administrative support and travel coordination for staff.
• Enter data for enrollments, recerts and exits; generate reports; participate in HMIS trainings.
• Communicate with landlords and case managers to obtain missing information and resolve discrepancies.
• Submit monthly VA Repository uploads; correct data quality issues in HMIS reports.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and customer service in a fast-paced setting.
• Other duties as assigned; champion mission to empower veterans and families.
