The Veterans Health Administration at Durham VA Medical Center is seeking an Information Receptionist (Red Coat Ambassador) to be the welcoming face and first point of contact for Veterans, families, and visitors.

You will deliver courteous, patient-centered assistance, answer inquiries, and route information to appropriate departments within the Executive Director's Office under the Veteran Experience Office.

Responsabilidades

• Serves as the initial and final point of contact for guests entering and leaving the facility and helps shape patient/public perception.
• Provides customer service and guest relations, greeting and directing callers in person and over the telephone with clear instructions.
• Assists with wayfinding, escorts Veterans/visitors as needed, and supports staff with information dissemination and data collection.
