University of Notre Dame seeks a Veterans Engagement & Groups Coordinator (Temporary) to provide operational and logistical support for launching a new Veterans Engagement Alumni Group. You will work with volunteers to establish procedures, form the initial board, create a programming calendar, and manage budgets and expenses.

The role requires strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and collaboration with stakeholders. Hybrid work on campus in South Bend, IN is required.

Qualifikationen

• Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities with tight deadlines.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly self-motivated with proactive approach and adaptability to changing priorities.
• Experience tracking expenses and maintaining financial accountability.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Aufgaben

• Assist with setup, build-up, and launch strategy for the Veterans Engagement Alumni Group (name TBD).
• Coordinate logistics, outreach, and communications for the Steering Committee and board.
• Track tasks, assist with logistics, coordinate materials and board data/rosters.
• Create and maintain process documentation, agendas, notes, and relevant board data.
• Coordinate planning for Fall and Spring Groups board meetings as part of the Alumni Groups team.
• Support NDAA MarCom and IT tasks to launch and sustain group needs.
• Assist with daily financial operations, journal transactions, and expense tracking across budgets.
• Accomplish other duties as assigned such as NDAA events.
