Fully remote work with nationwide coverage in the Eastern or Central time zones. Starting salary is $80,000, with an automatic increase to $85,000 after reaching a full caseload (typically six months).

Qualifikationen

• Experience managing your own caseload and client relationships.
• Admission to and good standing with the bar of any U.S. state or territory.
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills, and strong legal research skills.
• A reliable home workspace and internet connection.
• No prior VA or veterans law experience required; we train you.

• Represent veteran clients before VA Regional Offices, the Board of Veterans' Appeals, or the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.
• Carry your own caseload working with case managers and a firm focused on one well-understood practice area.
• Deliver outcomes clients thank you for — including retroactive awards that can be life-changing.
