Responsibilities

• Processes veterans benefits in Enrollment Manager, Academic Institution Portal, and Banner student information system in accordance with VA regulations and university policy.
• Provides benefits processing training to new employees and supports benefits orientations during orientation events.
• Assists in quality checks and audits to ensure accuracy of veteran benefits processing.
• Supports communication with students and daily department operations; assists with DoD/DoW MOU as needed.
