Job summary

Bank of America invites Veterans to join the Veterans Associate Program (VAP), a 13-week rotational experience in New York City across Global Banking and Global Markets. You will rotate through desks including Investment Banking, Capital Markets and Commercial Banking, gaining on-the-job training, mentorship, and exposure to live deal work.

The program focuses on developing technical, organizational and client-facing skills while offering market-competitive exposure and post-program

Qualifications

BS/BA degree with outstanding academic qualifications.
Active military commitment within past five years and/or currently serving in reserves or National Guard is required.
Commissioned officer or strong enlisted members encouraged to apply.
Strong quantitative/analytical skills; numeric and problem-solving orientation.

Responsibilities

Participate in a 13-week Veterans Associate Program rotational model across multiple desks and groups.
Engage in formal training, classroom instruction, e-learning modules and case studies.
Work on pitch books, live deal materials and market updates; collaborate with teams across Global Banking & Global Markets.
Demonstrate initiative, adaptability and client-facing skills while rotating through Investment Banking, Capital Markets, Commercial Banking and more.
