Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and implementing activities.
• Encourage resident participation in hobbies, crafts, and events.
• Help develop care plans and assessments.
• Involve residents and families in activity planning.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas and supplies.
• Attend meetings, training, and in-service sessions.
• Assist with transportation and supervise activities.
• Collaborate with medical staff and external providers.
