Qualifications

• Valid Wisconsin driver's license in good standing and current/valid auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health screenings and needs assessments to identify barriers and strengths.
• Develop Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) that promote recovery and personal growth.
• Refer and connect participants to appropriate community and VA resources.
