Craig Hospital invites applications for a Veteran TBI Care Coordinator in Colorado Springs. This role provides non-clinical case management, advocacy, and support to veterans and service members with traumatic brain injuries.

Operation TBI Freedom (OTF) , a sponsored program of Craig Hospital, is seeking an adaptable and empathetic Veteran TBI Care Coordinator . In this vital non-clinical case management role, you will act as a dedicated advocate and “battle buddy” for veterans and service members living with traumatic brain injuries (TBI).
You will help clients and their families successfully reintegrate into civilian life by navigating complex military, VA, and community support systems. Your day-to-day will be dynamic and rewarding, focusing on:

Location: Onsite at the OTF offices; 565 Communication Circle, Colorado Springs CO 80905
Shift: Monday-Friday; 8:00 am- 4:30 pm MST
Compensation: $21.59/hour – $31.09/ hour
