Craig Hospital invites applications for a Veteran TBI Care Coordinator in Colorado Springs. This role provides non-clinical case management, advocacy, and support to veterans and service members with traumatic brain injuries.

You will navigate VA, military, and community resources to enable reintegration and independence. Responsibilities include holistic advocacy, building trusted relationships, outreach, peer support, and education within military and veteran circles.

Qualifications

• Must have a current Colorado driver's license in good standing.
• Certified Brain Injury Specialist (CBIS) or ability to become certified within the first year.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of veterans with TBI and develop service plans.
• Coordinate resources for healthcare, housing, and benefits.
• Provide ongoing follow-up and case management for service members and veterans.
• Engage with military and veteran communities and supporters.

Education

Bachelor's Degree

Master's Degree preferred
