The Veteran Services Associate will serve as one of the college’s school certifying officials, processing enrollment certifications, notices of change of enrollment, and periodic verification of pursuit training.
Under the direction of the Dean of Students or other administrator, the Veteran Services Associate is accountable for providing academic advising and retention strategies for veteran students in various academic area through effective performance in these essential duties:
Bachelor's degree in an appropriately related field with one (1) or more years of experience in student services, advisement, or other higher education related field, or a combination of education, training and experience which would lead to the competencies required for successful performance of the position's essential duties.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Special consideration given to military veterans.
$43.70 hourly.
