Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Military Veteran Peer Network (MVPN) Coordinator in Allen, TX. The role focuses on implementing and sustaining the MVPN program, providing direct peer services and leading groups for Service Members, Veterans, and their Families (SMVF).

The coordinator will recruit and train MVPN peers, help SMVF access mental health resources, and participate in trainings and outreach to promote the program locally.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required; veteran status or immediate family member status is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in recovery from trauma, mental health or substance use issues.
• Eligible to become a Certified MVPN through the Texas Veterans Commission within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct peer services, outreach, and peer-led groups for SMVF.
• Recruit, organize, and train MVPN peers to deliver peer-to-peer support.
• Assist SMVF in assessing treatment options and access mental health services.
• Participate in trainings, meetings, and outreach to promote the MVPN program.
