Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide information, explain services, and connect Veterans with benefits and eligibility resources across agencies.
• Develop, manage, and distribute outreach materials (brochures, presentations, flyers, fact sheets, web content).
• Create presentations and materials to help Veterans and Service Members, families, and representatives understand the information.
• Serve as a community liaison with Veterans Service Organizations and other groups; initiate client referrals and follow up.
