Job summary

Catholic Charities, Inc. is seeking a Coordinated Entry System Navigator (Case Manager) in Wichita, KS. This full-time, grant-funded role focuses on helping individuals and families experiencing homelessness access housing and community resources.

You will assess needs, develop housing stability plans, collaborate with partners, and support veterans and other clients in securing housing and services. This is an hourly, non-exempt position with opportunities to impact the community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of case management experience in homelessness or related field.

Responsibilities

• Perform intake and eligibility assessment for housing programs.
• Develop personalized housing stability plans for clients.
• Provide ongoing case management and connect clients with housing resources.
• Coordinate with landlords and agencies to secure housing.
• Administer financial assistance for rent/utilities as eligible.
• Provide crisis intervention and connect to mental health services.
• Advocate for veterans to access benefits and services.
• Maintain up-to-date case files and HMIS reporting.
