Job summary

Volunteers of America Northern Rockies in Cheyenne, WY seeks a Housing Coordinator to apply best practices in case management for Veteran households enrolled through Shallow Subsidies - Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF).

This is a full-time role requiring an associate degree (or a high school diploma with equivalent experience), a valid driver's license, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and HMIS data management systems.

Qualifications

• Formal assessment of Veterans to determine program eligibility.
• Provide case management best practices to help Veterans retain housing and stability.
• Complete monthly check-ins with enrolled Veterans.
• Develop and implement a 2-year housing stability plan.
• Engage community resources to support referrals for Veterans' services.
• Maintain data in HMIS and support SSVF operations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities
