Job summary

Tunnel To Towers Foundation seeks a licensed social worker to manage a caseload of veterans in the Homeless Veterans Program. You will coordinate intake, communicate with recipients and families, and assess psychosocial needs to refer to local resources.

The role requires an MSW (CSWE-accredited) with LMSW/LCSW preferred, and a minimum of 3 years’ experience. Will travel within the United States as needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work (CSWE-accredited), LMSW/LCSW preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of social work experience.
• Must be able to travel within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload for the Veteran Homeless Program.
• Coordinate intake and acceptance with recipients and families.
• Provide psychosocial advocacy and connect to resources.
• Document communications and maintain recipient files.
• Facilitate communication between the Foundation, recipients, and families.
