Job summary

ServiceSource Inc. seeks a Warrior Bridge Coordinator to help veterans with disabilities achieve meaningful employment, independence, and a stronger future through career support, community connections, and workforce development.

The Coordinator will build employer relationships, coordinate direct employment services for veterans, provide community resource linkages, and contribute to program quality and funding initiatives across the Warrior Bridge services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services or related field.
• Minimum of two years' experience working with veterans, job placement, training, marketing, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing sustainable funding for Warrior Bridge services and implement the business plan.
• Collect, analyze and report data on demographics and veteran status; ensure funder reporting requirements are met.
• Secure Work Opportunity Tax Credits (WOTC) through veteran placements on AbilityOne contracts.
• Support participants with task analysis, visual aids, and regular check-ins to ensure successful placements.
• Coordinate and manage veteran-related community events and partnerships.
