Qualifications

• Graduate of a school of professional nursing with an NP license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year of Nurse Practitioner experience, preferably in disability exams.
• Familiarity with VA MDE program requirements and HIPAA rules.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive medical disability examinations for Veterans, including history review and physicals.
• Review and analyze medical records and diagnostic results to form evidence-based opinions.
• Render objective medical opinions on disability impact on work and daily living.
