Elite Worldwide is seeking a Diesel Technician, leveraging military training to diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel engines and heavy-duty vehicles. This position is open to U.S. Military Veterans with Honorable Discharge.

You will perform maintenance, troubleshoot issues, rebuild engines, and keep precise service records while following safety procedures in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Military Veteran with an Honorable Discharge.
• Proven experience working on diesel engines during military service.
• Ability to read and interpret service manuals, schematics, and bulletins.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude.
• Physically capable of lifting, standing, and working in varied environments.
• Valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on diesel engines and heavy-duty vehicles.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues using diagnostic tools.
• Conduct engine rebuilds, component overhauls, and part replacements with precision.
• Interpret work orders and documentation to determine repair procedures.
• Maintain accurate service records and ensure documentation compliance.
• Adhere to OSHA and company safety procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and readiness.
• Communicate status and repair needs to supervisors and team leaders.
