Elite Worldwide is seeking a Diesel Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel engines and heavy-duty vehicles, leveraging military training and disciplined workmanship.

This position is exclusively for U.S. Military Veterans who have received an Honorable Discharge and offers an on-site role with emphasis on safety, documentation, and teamwork to keep critical equipment ready for duty.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Military Veteran with an Honorable Discharge and be able to provide documentation.
• Proven experience working on diesel engines during military service (e.g., tanks, tactical vehicles, generators, transport trucks).
• Ability to read and interpret service manuals, schematics, and technical bulletins.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on diesel engines and heavy-duty vehicles.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues using diagnostic tools and technical manuals.
• Conduct engine rebuilds, component overhauls, and part replacements with precision.
• Interpret work orders and technical documentation to determine repair procedures.
• Maintain accurate service records and ensure documentation complies with company and regulatory standards.
• Utilize military-level discipline and attention to detail in every repair or service task.
• Adhere to all OSHA and company safety procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and maintain high operational readiness.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team leaders regarding job status and repair needs.
