Qualifications

• BA/BS college degree required or preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint desired.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• 1–2 years work experience, internship accepted.

Responsibilities

• Provide world class customer service via phone, email, chat, and co-browse.
• Research customer inquiries and determine entitlement to products and services.
• Assist with license keys and passwords to enable product access.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes and document procedures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and data-driven performance.
• Maintain ISO-aligned quality practices and feedback channels.
