Job summary

The Operations Program Management Intern will support purchasing, planning, and program management for Oracle Manufacturing and Distribution, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize procurement and supply chain processes. Qualifications

Experience or interest in Purchasing, Supply Chain Planning, or Operations Management.
Proficiency with MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong communication skills, written and verbal, with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Support planning, procurement, and distribution activities for new and existing programs to align with roadmaps.
Assist with evaluating purchasing areas and sourcing strategies to meet demand and on-time delivery.
Manage purchasing activities and vendor relationships to ensure material availability and minimize disruption.
Help define procurement standards, procedures, and documentation for global consistency.
