Cole Kia in Bluewell, WV, seeks Military Veterans interested in being an Automotive Service Technician. This position is part of the Kia Veterans Technician Apprenticeship Program (VTAP), providing a structured one-year apprenticeship and Kia Service Technician certification.

The program allows Veterans to work full-time while gaining skills in diagnosing, servicing, and repairing Kia vehicles. Eligible candidates will benefit from the GI Bill®, including housing allowances. Key qualifications include military service discharge and mechanical experience.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a mechanical or technical field.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership service environment.
• Willingness to complete background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair Kia vehicles.
• Perform vehicle inspections and mechanical repairs using Kia diagnostic procedures.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and shop foremen.

Honorable Discharge from U.S. Military Service
